We're hiring across four practice areas.
Licensed Mental Health Practitioner
Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse adult and adolescent caseload within a collaborative, trauma-informed practice environment.
What We Offer

Requirements
- •Active Texas licensure: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent
- •Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- •Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, or similar)
- •Excellent communication and case documentation skills
- •Ability to manage a caseload of 15–25 clients per week
Preferred
- ○Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or couples therapy
- ○Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
- ○Interest in supervision or mentoring associate-level clinicians
Associate-Level Practitioner

Faith-Based Practitioner
Serve clients who seek integration of faith and mental health through a clinically grounded, spiritually sensitive approach. Ideal for licensed practitioners with pastoral or chaplaincy background.

- •Current liability insurance and clean professional record
Preferred
- ○Pastoral care, chaplaincy, or theological training
- ○Experience with grief, marriage, and family ministry contexts
- ○AACC membership or similar faith-clinical credentialing
Play Therapy Practitioner
Provide specialized play therapy services to children ages 3–12 in a dedicated play therapy suite. Join a practice that deeply values child and family-centered care.

- •Strong parent communication and psychoeducation skills
Preferred
- ○Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) or Theraplay training
- ○Experience with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and attachment issues
- ○Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
