We're hiring across four practice areas.
Licensed Mental Health Practitioner
Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse adult and adolescent caseload within a collaborative, trauma-informed practice environment.
What We Offer

Requirements
- β’Active Texas licensure: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent
- β’Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- β’Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, or similar)
- β’Excellent communication and case documentation skills
- β’Ability to manage a caseload of 15β25 clients per week
Preferred
- βExperience with trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or couples therapy
- βBilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
- βInterest in supervision or mentoring associate-level clinicians
Associate-Level Practitioner

Faith-Based Practitioner
Serve clients who seek integration of faith and mental health through a clinically grounded, spiritually sensitive approach. Ideal for licensed practitioners with pastoral or chaplaincy background.

Requirements

- β’Comfort serving clients across diverse faith traditions
- β’Strong ethical grounding in both clinical and pastoral contexts
- β’Current liability insurance and clean professional record
Preferred
- βPastoral care, chaplaincy, or theological training
- βExperience with grief, marriage, and family ministry contexts
- βAACC membership or similar faith-clinical credentialing
Play Therapy Practitioner
Provide specialized play therapy services to children ages 3β12 in a dedicated play therapy suite. Join a practice that deeply values child and family-centered care.

- β’Strong parent communication and psychoeducation skills
Preferred
- βChild-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) or Theraplay training
- βExperience with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and attachment issues
- βBilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
